Man alive, I’ve been slammed and it’s good to be back!! I’ve been developing the menus for a few places in town with more waiting which has pulled me away from discovering all the new cool places, here. But, alas, I’m proud to show you my newest menu, including a few classics and some of my creations, for Watanabe Asian Cuisine here in Nashville, TN. The Ginger Lindsay has taken the lead and we’re turning people on to amaro in an exciting way with the Elixir Royale and the Carlentini. Enjoy!
