The Ballardi

Made for my good friend Mitch Ballard at WV Magic Design, this savory cocktail has won over the palate conscious and adventurous East Nashville neighborhood night after night for the past few months. See what you think!

The Ballardi
2oz Haymans Old Tom gin
3/4oz lemon juice
3/4oz simple syrup
1/2oz Mata Hari absinthe
3 dashes Bitter Truth Celery Bitters
Barspoon black peppercorn

Shake the holy living snot out of this as to break up the pepper as much as possible. Pour neat into a coup, lemon zest garnish.
